Nicole Levesque

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Levesque worked as a trial attorney at Conn Kavanaugh Peisch & Ford, LLP. In that capacity, Ms. Levesque defended executives and other professionals against state and federal criminal investigations, corporations facing investigation by the Massachusetts Secretary of State Securities Division, and alcohol retailers and distributors under investigation by the Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission. Ms. Levesque similarly concentrated her practice on litigating complex commercial and construction related disputes.

Before moving to Massachusetts, Ms. Levesque worked at a highly regarded boutique law firm where she specialized in the defense of alcohol industry members in investigations conducted by the Federal Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, the Illinois Liquor Control Commission, and the Illinois Department of Revenue. She also defended members of the alcohol and hospitality industries against a wide variety of civil disputes.

Ms. Levesque is a top graduate from Loyola University Chicago, School of Law. She holds certificates from Loyola’s distinguished trial advocacy and health law programs. During law school, Ms. Levesque worked as a senior paralegal for a Fortune 500 insurance company. She also simultaneously clerked for the Illinois Attorney General and for the late Illinois Appellate Justice Laura C. Liu.
